| | | | | | | | | Background: | Request to approve a workshop where presenters will introduce the Three Rivers DRI to the Board and citizens of Nassau County. Three Rivers will discuss the developer's obligations in the DRI Development Order, the timing of those obligations, and the status of the obligations/project. The County would discuss the County's timing and obligations related to taking over the park, coordinating roadway improvements, taking over the Fire Station, etc.
Three Rivers Development of Regional Impact (DRI) was adopted in 2006. Development of the regional park began earlier in 2020 and development of a subphase of Phase 1 in now underway. | | Request: | | Set a Workshop to hear a presentation on the Three Rivers Developments of Regional Impact (DRI).
