Background:
Owner is seeking relief from section 11.7.3 & 11.7.4, Article II, Ordinance 99-17 (Roadway & Drainage Standards) Sidewalk Width less than 5ft and location to adjacent roadway. The width will be 4.1ft from a length of about 3ft. A 6 inch high curb about 10ft long, will be placed between this new sidewalk and the existing adjacent road (Pine Grove Rd) sidewalk which meets FDOTS minimum sidewalk width of 3ft.
