Background:
CU2021-002 Hicken (dragstrip) - The applicant is seeking a conditional use approval pursuant to Section 22.03(D) of the Nassau County Land Development Code (LDC) to allow for a racetrack in the Open Rural (OR) zoning district. This conditional use request supplements two other conditional uses approving the property owner's use as a racetrack, which is an active use.  Conditional use E12-006 was approved on July 26, 2012 and conditional use CU2019-06 was approved June 27, 2019.
