Background:
CU2020-034 Artic Air of Northern Florida (c/o Jason Lathrop) - In October of 2020, Nassau County Code Enforcement received a complaint regarding repair work on recreational vehicles on the subject property.  An investigation was conducted, and it was determined that the future land use of the parcel as agricultural (AGR) did not support the commercial operation being conducted.  The owner was also operating without the appropriate conditional use approval. The owner applied for a comprehensive plan amendment to change to COM land use on October 21, 2020. The application 2020-39 was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on December 1, 2020.
