Background:
The Board of County Commissioners has found it necessary to amend Article XIV - Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals to specifically reference the Nassau County Unsafe Building Abatement Ordinance 2019-15 and remove all references to the Standard Housing Code.

The Amendment will allow the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals to hear appeals related to the Nassau County Unsafe Building Abatement Ordinance 2019-15. This amendment is in the best interests of the citizens of Nassau County.
