| Background: |
| The community was originally designed to be all townhomes and the overall sidewalk layout was part of the design. When the community was redesigned to be a mix of single family and townhomes the sidewalk design was not addressed. In the single family areas, removing the sidewalk keeps the overall design more consistent with the other single family sections in the greater Summer Beach community. The sidewalks would have to great an impact on the front yards, including trees and landscaping of the homes. All the townhomes would continue to be served by sidewalks. |
