Background:
The Board of County Commissioners has found it necessary to amend Article 5, Section 5.07(B) and Section 5.07(C) of the Nassau County Land Development Code. (Proposed Public Hearing Date: April 12, 2021.)
Request:
Set Public Hearing to Amend Section 5.07 of the Land Development Code.  Staff recommends April 12, 2021.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
The proposed Amendments will ensure that the Nassau County School Board has a representative on the Development Review Committee which will allow them to further review developments and how they relate to school bus stops and/or child drop off/pick up areas.

Set Public Hearing to Amend Section 5.07 of the Land Development Code.  Staff recommends April 12, 2021.
