The rights-of-way being dedicated to the Town of Callahan are: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Holloway Lane, and Dixie Avenue. The legal description of the land is attached to each Deed of Dedication. | | Request: | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Deed of Dedication for the following rights-of-way: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Holloway Lane, and Dixie Avenue from the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners to the Town of Callahan.
