No later than Wednesday, August 4, 2021, the BOCC must notify the Property Appraiser of the tentative millage, as well as date and time of the first public hearing regarding the budget. | | Request: | Presentation of the tentative budget, set tentative millage rates and date/time of first public hearing for the FY 2021-2022 budget; authorize OMB to electronically submit the DR-420's. | | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | The budget is a blueprint to services and planned projects/improvements to be carried out in Nassau County.
