Background:

The proposed amendment would waive the requirement for internal sidewalks within Parcel N-1. While sidewalks have previously been constructed in portions of this phase, this amendment would waiver the requirement to build sidewalks in some areas which are in very close proximity to dwelling units and a cause for concern of many current residents.

The applicant was able to pursue an administrative remedy to this situation under Sections 15.1 and 15.2 of the County's Roadway and Drainage Standards (Ord. 99-17), which alleviated the need for this application. It has therefore been withdrawn from consideration by the applicant..

Request:

Consider NOPC21-001, a Resolution amending the Development Order for the Summer Beach Development of Regional Impact (DRI); specifically amending the Development Order  pursuant to a notification filed by Artisan Homes, LLC; waiving requirements for internal sidewalks in Parcel N-1 (Enclave at Summer Beach Phase 1). District 2 (This item has been withdrawn from consideration).
