Item Title:VOCA Egrants Access Verification

Background:
The Office of the Attorney General, Division of Victim Services, (administrator of VOCA Grants) has requested the provider's administrator verify registered users who have access to the EGrants system which allows agencies to create/submit VOCA applications and manage grant projects. Staff were notified on May 10th that this should be returned by May 20th and it was placed on the next available agenda. As there is not a time extension available, access to the EGrants system has been suspended until the VOCA EGrants Verification form is received.  Reimbursements will also be held until the form is received via email.
Request:
Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) 2020-2021, EGrants Access Verification form.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Without the VOCA grant the Sheriff's Office would not have a Victim's Advocate to respond and assist victim's of crime.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
