| | | | | | | | | Background: | In June 2020, the County Manager authorized requesting bids for Fill Materials (A3, A-2-4, Clay). On Thursday, April 22, 2021, one (1) partial bid was received in response to the Invitation to Bid No. NC21-005 for Fill Materials (A3, A-2-4, Clay). Upon evaluation of the bid received from the Green Dream International LLC (Tab A), only A3 was bid on and doesn’t meet all the materials required.

Without a contract, Fill Materials vendors could charge an increased rate without guidelines. Possibly more important, this contract guarantees materials on an established price.
