Items included in the finance package are :

  • Budget Amendment in the Municipal Service Fund for a donation received by Animal Services to assist with Veterinary Services.
  • Budget Amendment in the General Fund for a donation received to help raise funds for the Derrick Henry sign.
  • Budget Amendment reducing the Capital Project Transportation Fund which has carried cash forward in excess of the amount budgeted for FY20/21.
  • Budget Transfer in the Capital Project Transportation Fund to adjust budget based upon actual cash forward calculations. 
  • Deletion from Inventory Forms to remove outdated equipment from BOCC inventory.
