Liberty Cove Nassau LLC has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County to adopt an Ordinance establishing the Liberty Cove Community Development District pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes (2020).
Request:
Consider an Ordinance establishing the Liberty Cove Community Development District pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes; naming the District; describing the external boundaries of the District; describing functions and powers of the District; designating persons to serve as the initial members of the District's Board of Supervisors; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
The establishment of the Liberty Cove Community Development District will constitute a timely, efficient, effective, responsive and economic way to deliver community development services in the area contained within the Petition.
