Item Title:Letter of Support for NEFL Fair Association

Background:
The Northeast Florida Fair Association is submitting an Agriculture Education and Promotion Facility Application to the Florida Department of Agriculture in an attempt to obtain funds to renovate their existing facilities and are seeking a letter of support from the Board of County Commissioners.
Request:
Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for the Northeast Florida Fair Association's Agriculture Education and Promotional Facility Application for funding and consider associated Resolution.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
The Northeast Florida Fair Association is strengthening their endeavors to expand and promote their organization for the citizens of Nassau County. Support for the organization has no financial impact, but the continued development of the Northeast Florida Fair Association allows for further prosperity within the County.  
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for the Northeast Florida Fair Association's Agriculture Education and Promotional Facility Application for funding and consider associated Resolution.
