Item Title:Cancel Public Hearings for Mobility Fee Plan

Background:
On August 9, 2021. the Board of County Commissioners approved setting Public Hearings on August 23, 2021 and September 13, 2021 for the Mobility Fee Plan.  As final details and implementation of the plan are still being finalized, these Public Hearings will need to be canceled.  Staff will bring back a request for the Board to consider setting Mobility Fee Plan Public Hearings at a future date.
Request:
Cancel Mobility Fee Plan Public Hearings on August 23, 2021 and September 13, 2021.

The proposed Mobility Plan and implementing the related Mobility Fee supports the expansion of the Nassau County Mobility Network’s capacity allowing for strategic investment that protects quality of life/quality of place, promotes economic expansion, creates of high-wage jobs, manages growth in a fiscally and sustainable manner, protects the public health, safety, and general welfare, and allows Florida to remain globally competitive.
