Item Title:	Set Public Hearing for an Ordinance amending the Land Development Code to revise building height requirements in unincorporated areas of Amelia Island

Background:
An ordinance to revise building heights within unincorporated Amelia Island was adopted by the Board on June 14, 2021. At that meeting, staff recommended an amendment to the ordinance regarding nonconforming structures. Further review of the ordinance has resulted in additional changes for clarity.
Request:
Set Public Hearing for an Ordinance amending the Land Development Code to revise building height requirements in unincorporated areas of Amelia Island. Staff recommends September 27, 2021.

Positive economic impact due to increased built environment compatibility.

Set Public Hearing for consideration of an Ordinance to amend the Land Development Code to revise building height restrictions within the unincorporated areas of Amelia Island. Staff recommends September 27, 2021.
