Background:

R21-003 proposes to rezone approximately 226 acres from Open Rural (OR) to Residential Single Family 2 (RS-2). This property is located on the north and south sides of Pages Dairy Road approximately one mile east of its intersection with US 17. According to Article 12 of the LDC, the Residential Single-Family 2 (RS-2) zoning district is intended to provide for the orderly expansion of low- and medium-density development in areas where public services, utilities and transportation facilities exist or may be made available.

Due to an error in the published legal advertisement, this application is requested to withdrawn at this time and will be re-advertised for hearing at the October 19, 2021 meeting.
