The property owner seeks to expand the existing RV Park. They would remove old storage units, upgrade existing & increase the number of RV spaces to a total of 80. No hard building expansions or changes. The roads will be upgraded to asphalt or gravel with curbs. Signage, fencing and landscape will be done to to create a better class destination close to the Okefenokee Swamp and the Florida Beaches.
