| | | | | | | | Background: | The Board of County Commissioners directed Engineering Services staff to review Roadway & Drainage Standards, Ordinance 99-17, Article 10., Stormwater Management to address the increased stormwater and drainage concerns within the County. While reviewing Article 10, staff also reviewed Ordinance 99-17 in its entirety and determined additional revisions that should be considered.
At the December 13, 2021 Commission meeting the Board approved to set a workshop on January 10, 2022 at 5:00 pm to review proposed revisions to Ordinance 99-17, Roadway and Drainage Standards. | Request: | 5:00 PM Workshop re: Ordinance 99-17, Roadway and Drainage Standards. | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | Reviewing and updating ordinances and approving proposed revisions may have an affect on citizens for years to come.
