| | | | | | | | | Background: | Sean H. Mabry (brother) is requesting a Reduction of Penalty on Nathaniel O. Mabry's Estate. Nathaniel O. Mabry, Jr. is deceased (April 1, 2021) and Sean H. Mabry and Nathaniel O. Mabry, Sr. are finalizing the estate.
January 8, 2013 the Code Enforcement Board motioned and seconded that Nathaniel O. Mabry was in violation of:
- Ordinance 2003-17, Section 6.01 - general nuisances affecting public health
- Ordinance 2003-17, Section 6.03 - duscard, place trash, litter or debris
- Administrative fees of $286.28 were assessed to be paid by February 12, 2013
- Fine of $50.00 per day was assessed to commence February 12, 2013
The property came into complaince on June 2, 2021. The fine accrued for 3,032 days.
$50 x 3,032 days = $151,600.00

TOTAL $151,886.28
The Code Enforcement Board met on January 11, 2022 and made the following recommendation:
- waive the fine
- collect administrative fees of $286.28
