Background:

The following projects in the FY21/22 Capital Improvement Plan are to be funded with Impact Fees and require a Board approved Impact Fee Usage Justification Form:  
1. American Beach Historic Park Development
2. Tributary Community Park Development

Request:

Authorize Chairman to sign Financial Action Forms for Use of Impact Fees for the Tributary Community Park Development and American Beach Historic Park Development.

Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:

Developers pay Impact Fees to the County; therefore, the use of these fees alleviate a portion of the cost from tax payers.

Action Requested and Recommendation:

Authorize Chairman to sign Financial Action Forms for Use of Impact Fees for the Tributary Community Park Development and American Beach Historic Park Development.
