| | | | | | | | | Background: | | The Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) Resolution adopted on April 26, 2021, by Resolution 2021-058 was reviewed by Florida Housing Finance Corporation and it was recommended that Purchase Assistance with or without Rehabilitation be added to the Purchase Strategy. In addition, the Essential Housing Advisory Committee (EHAC) recommended to increase the Purchase Price and the Maximum Award due to the rising price of housing in Nassau County. Both of these recommendations will assist in the purchase of homes and assist the County in meeting the requirements of the SHIP Program.
