The proposed development includes a +/- 18,100 square foot Amazing Explorers Academy (AEA) branded child care facility with playground, parking, and associated site amenities. The building construction will be built in two phases, initially 12,100 square feet will be built with all site improvements and within approximately 12 to 18 months from the school opening a 6,000 square foot addition which will be built in the second phase. The full buildout of the school anticipates 300 students and 50 staff members including teachers, assistants, and administration. The project proposes to utilize existing public utilities and will connect into the master drainage permit for the development.
