Background:

FD21-005 is the proposed Final Development Plan for Phase 6 of the Woodbridge PUD. This FDP would allow for 133 single-family detached residential units and associated infrastructure on approximately 76.67 acres.

At their April 5 2022 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of FD21-005. This item was continued from the May 9 2022 BOCC meeting.

Request:
Consider FD21-005, the Final Development Plan for Phase 6 of the Woodbridge PUD; allowing a maximum of 133 single-family detached residential units. Application filed by Woodbridge Nassau, LLC, Owner; and McCranie & Associates, Inc., Agent. District 2. (Continued from May 9 2022 meeting)

The County recovers costs of new development through impact fees and mobility fees.
