| | | | | | | | | Background: | On April 25, 2022 the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners authorized the Chairman to sign a Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the construction and oversite of Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) project management for the Safety Improvements on CR 108 from Bay Road to Middle Road (CM3118) in the amount of $3,046,053.00.
During the week of May 9, 2022 FDOT notified Engineering Services that an additional $50,000.00 is available for post design services of this project and provided a Supplemental Agreement requiring execution by Nassau County Commissioners and FDOT no later than June 1, 2022.
Supplemental Agreement #1 to the FDOT Agreement (CM3118) amends the total contract for the project to $3,096,053.00.
