Background:

This proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map (FLUM) is comprised of a new 1.71-acre parcel that was recently split from an 11-acre parcel through lot split application, LS21-052. It is located on the northeast corner of SR 200 and Cessna Drive.

The applicant is requesting to change the existing FLUM designation of Industrial (IND) to Commercial (COM). A proposed rezoning, R21-008, for this property from Open Rural (OR) to Commercial Intensive (CI) has been filed along with this application.
