Background:

Violation of Ordinance 2015-10, Section 6.01 (3) (Chapter 18 1/4, Section 5, Subsection 3), general nuisances affecting public health. The property owner was cited October 22, 2021. This case was heard on January 11, 2022. It was continued until April 12, 2022 to allow the Property Owner time to evict tenants. The April 12, 2022 was cancelled due to lack of quorum. The June 14, 2022 Notice of Public Hearing was mailed certified return receipt. This is a repeat violation. The property is zoned Open Rural (OR).
