| | | | | | | | | Background: | On February 10, 2020 the County entered into a contract with Sea Bandit Construction to provide Beach Facility Restroom Cleaning Services with the initial term beginning 3/1/2020 through 2/28/2023.
Staff has determined an amendment to the contract is needed to expand the services for the Facility Restroom Cleaning Services to include the following additional locations: Melton Nelson Boat Ramp, John Muir Eco Park, Yulee Ball Park, Goffinsville Park, and Holly Point Boat Ramp through 2/28/2023. | | Request: | | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Contract CM2798-A1 with Sea Bandit Construction, an increase of $57,015.00 for additional park cleaning locations through 2/28/2023, total contract amount $121,515. | | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | | Including additional park locations in the existing contract will allow staff to be utilized in other areas.
