| | | | | | | | | Background: | R21-008 proposes to rezone a new 1.71-acre parcel that was recently split from an 11-acre parcel through lot split application LS21-052 from Open Rural (OR) to Commercial Intensive (CI). It is located on the northeast corner of SR 200 and Cessna Drive.
A proposed land use amendment for this site from Industrial (IND) to Commercial (COM) has been filed as a companion amendment to this application. A traffic study, environmental assessment, Cessna Drive/Cross-Access easement information and public comment can be found in the agenda backup for CPA22-003. Application R21-008 was previously deferred by the Planning and Zoning Board at its April 19 2022 meeting.
