Background:
Attached is the PRELIMINARY RATE RESOLUTION FOR THE SOUTH AMELIA ISLAND SHORE STABILIZATION MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNIT BEACH RENOURISHMENT CAPITAL ASSESSMENT AREA. The Resolution provides for the proposed Capital Assessment; sets Public Hearing Date; Provides notice requirements for consideration of the 2022-23 Capital Assessment Resolution; Provides for assessments to fund beach nourishment; Provides for update assessment roll; Provides application of assessment proceeds; and, provides for method of collection.
