| | | | | | | | | Background: | | Effective FY2018-2019, Ordinance No. 2019-11, amending Ordinance No. 2005-55, was adopted granting the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners administration of the Teen Court program. Per Section 2 (D) of Ordinance No. 2019-11, an accounting for all funds received in the Teen Court program shall be presented by the program administrator in a written report to the Board of County Commissioners.
