| | | | | | | | | Background: | NEOGOV currently offers three integrated, cloud-based modules - Recruit, Develop, Manage - which work together to meet the unique needs of public sector HR teams by automating and supporting the entire employee lifecycle and streamlining processes, all from one centralized platform. NEOGOV is a widely known and used product among public sector organizations for over 20 years with more than 6,000 public sector and educational organizations using their products.
Human Resources is seeking the Recruit module with some additional functions added to support other needs within the department. Currently Human Resources' uses a module within the Tyler Munis software to post position vacancies within the BOCC departments. While this software has filled a need over the last couple years, it has proven to not be reliable and cumbersome to manage and maintain. Moving to NEOGOV for online recruiting will not only streamline Human Resources processes and simply the posting process, it will also provide a greater end user experience for those candidates seeking employment.
In addition to the recruitment portion of NEOGOV, Human Resources will also be gaining access to an electronic onboarding process (currently paper), eForms which would allow updated policies and procedures to be signed and collected electronically (currently paper) and candidate text messaging which would dramatically cut down on the phone calls made to schedule interviews and other appointments. | | Request: | | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3203 with Governmentjobs.com, Inc.
