| | | | | | | | | Background: | At the Essential Housing Advisory Committee (EHAC) meeting on July 27, 2022, the committee recommended to increase the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Rehabilitation Award from $85,000 to $125,000 due the rising cost of materials and labor in Nassau County. The increase in rehabilitation is economically feasible with the funds provided to the County from the State of Florida Housing. This recommendation will assist the County in meeting the requirements of the SHIP Program and has created a need for a technical revision to the Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP).
