| Scott Road Partners recently completed the construction of water utilities and associated equipment within the subdivision of Avenida Amelia on Amelia Island. The water utilities are within Nassau Amelia Utilities service area. Scott Road Partners is asking the Board of County Commissioners to approve a Resolution accepting the water utility improvements for maintenance by Nassau Amelia Utilities. A Bill of Sale transferring ownership of the utilities to the County on behalf of Nassau Amelia Utilities and an Easement for maintenance is provided for the Board’s review. |

| Consider the following: 1) Approve a Resolution accepting the improvements outlined within the Bill of Sale for Utility Improvements for Avenida Amelia Subdivision and the maintenance of the utilities and associated equipment; 2) Accept the Utility Easement for repairs and maintenance within Avenida Amelia. |
