Background:

Nassau County and Amelia Island Convention and Visitors Bureau desire to engage the Consultant Jason Woods Productions (Vendor) to perform at " Dickens on Centre ". Jason Woods Productions will carry the general license for the purchaser for the use of scripts, music, characters and creations for the festival during December 2022 in performance settings.

 

The Vendor will provide performances, props, makeup artist, costume handler, stage manager,  construction and maintenance for performances. 

Request:
Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM 3213 with Jason Woods Productions for professional services during the 2022 Dicken's on Centre festival.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Funds for "Dickens on Centre" are appropriated in the budget each fiscal year .
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM 3213 with Jason Woods Productions for professional services during the 2022 Dicken's on Centre festival.
