Item Title:	Revised JAG 51% Participation Letter

Background:
The Office of Criminal Justice Grants made another revision to the 51% participation letter that was signed by the Chairman on September 7th that is a requirement to apply for the annual JAG Grant.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the second revision to the 51% letter for the JAG C Grant.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
The County would be burdened with the expenses for the Drug Unit and the K9/Special Response Team if the JAG C grant was not awarded to the County.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the second revision to the 51% letter for the JAG C Grant.
