Background:
CM2786-WA18 is a Work Authorization to the agreement between Nassau County and the Florida Governmental Utility Authority for Water and Wastewater Utility Capital Project services approved on December 12, 2019. Work Authorization 18 is for the replacement of 20 LF section of 8-inch sewer main at 20 Sea Marsh Road at a cost of $72,605.28. Repairs were made to stabilize the area previously, which held until May 2022. Steel sheeting has been installed over the road to mitigate damage to vehicles while permanent repairs are coordinated.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign CM2786-WA18 for water main replacement within the NAU distribution system on Sea Marsh Road in the amount of $72,605.28.

Repairs are necessary due to the effect on the roadway and vehicles traveling in the area.
