Background:

Wood Bridge Estates is a small subdivision consisting of five lots ranging in size from approximately two acres to three acres. The preliminary plat was approved by County and Agency department heads on September 20, 2022.

Request:

Approval of the final plat for Wood Bridge Estates filed by HS Land Ventures, LLC, both owner and agent to construct five lots on approximately 10 acres, zoned Residential Single Family-1 with a low density land use.  The parcel is located one and 1/3 miles south of Stare Road 200/A1A. 

Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:

Police, fire, transportation, recreation, and administrative impacts to be covered partially or wholly by impact fees/gas taxes/ad valorem taxes/mobility fees.

Action Requested and Recommendation:
For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for Wood Bridge Estates filed by HS Land Ventures, LLC, both owner and agent to construct five lots on approximately 10 acres zoned Residential Single Family-1 with a low density land use.  The parcel is located one and 1/3 miles south of Stare Road 200/A1A.  Staff recommends approval.
