Item Title:Local 3101 Collective Bargaining Agreement Ratification

Background:
The current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Local 3101 will be expiring on September 30, 2022.  Staff began negotiations with L3101 in April and since that time has made a tentative agreement based on direction from the BOCC.  Human Resources is presenting the new CBA for the period of October 1, 2022 thru September 30, 2025 for the Board's review, consideration and ratification.  
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Nassau County's Fire-Rescue Professionals Local Union #3101, Contract No. CM3231.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Financial Impact is as discussed previously with the BOCC and is included in the County's FY 2022-2023 budget.  
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Nassau County's Fire-Rescue Professionals Local Union #3101, Contract No. CM3231.
