Background:
The Property Appraiser's Office has an employee retiring after 35 years of service to the County and has requested the Board to honor the employee with a proclamation. The employee, Keith Kirkland, and representatives from the Property Appraiser's Office will be in attendance. 
Request:
Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, honoring Carlton Keith Kirkland on his retirement after 35 years of service with the Nassau County Property Appraiser's Office.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
There is no financial impact however it is important to recognize individuals who have dedicated their careers to Nassau County and its residents.
