| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Florida Housing Coalition requires submission of the SHIP Annual Report by September 15th of each year. SHIP fiscal year 18/19 was given an extension to close out by June 30, 2022, because one owner occupied rehabilitation that was delayed due to COVID and a legal issue. The rehabilitation was completed and SHIP 18/19 closed out on June 30, 2022. Due to an unresolved legal issue we were given an extension to submit the report by September 30, 2022. | | Request: | | Approve the SHIP Annual Report for 2018-2019, authorize the Chairman to sign the Annual Report Certification and authorize staff to submit the report electronically. | | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | | The State of Florida provides SHIP funding for local housing strategies.
