| | | | | | | | | Background: | Del Webb Wildlight Phase 2B, the western half of Parcel 7A, is being platted as the second phase of an age-restricted community planned for several parcels within PDP 3, the third Preliminary Development Plan within the first Detailed Specific Area Plan of the East Nassau Community Planning Area (ENCPA). Located north of the extension of Curiosity Avenue and Del Webb Phase 1, the 70 acre Phase 2B will consist of 139 single family lots, preserved wetlands and several pocket parks. Multi-use trails will connect the subdivision to other areas within the Wildlight community.
The subject property is zoned PUD with a future land use of Multi-use and is located within the Wildlight Tier II residential land use subcategory.
