Item Title:	EHAC 2022 Incentive Recommendation Report

Background:
The Essential Housing Advisory Committee (EHAC), must approve the local affordable housing incentive strategy recommendations at a public hearing by affirmative vote of a majority of the membership of the advisory committee. The EHAC shall evaluate established policies, procedures, ordinances, land development regulations, and the local government comprehensive plan submitted and report to the local government governing board including recommended changes as established in Section 420.9076, F.S. The initial report shall be submitted to the local government governing board by December 31, 2022. The EHAC held a public hearing on November 16, 2022, at 4 p.m., and approved the attached report. This report is an annual submission and does not contain any substantial changes.
Request:
Approve EHAC Report and accept recommendations to the Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP).

The EHAC report is a requirement to receive annual SHIP funding that assists local residents in the purchase or rehabilitation of a home.
