| | | | | | | | | Background: | In January 2022 proposals were received in response to the County’s Request for Qualifications, NC21-032, for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for the Safety Improvement project on CR 108 from Middle Road to US 17. In May 2022 the Board of County Commissioners approved the evaluation committee’s recommendation to negotiate with the top ranked firm, AE Engineering, for CEI Services.
In July 2022 negotiations were held and resulted in the maximum limiting amount of $333,910.15 for CEI Services for the Safety Improvements to CR 108 from Middle Road to US 17. The Scope of Services from AE Engineering is attached for review.
AE Engineering’s Proposal is available in its entirety upon request to the Capital Projects Management Department.
