Item Title:Driver Education Program Annual Report

Background:

On June 28, 2004, the Board adopted Ordinance 2004-31, creating the "Driver Education Safety Trust Fund" and levying an additional $3 civil traffic penalty to be used for driver education safety programs in Nassau County public schools.  Penalty amount was increased to $5 pursuant to Ordinance 2006-71.  Report attached is presented to the Board for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 activity.
