| | | | | | | | | Background: | | On August 3, 2022, the County received bids in response to Invitation to Bid NC22-031, for Leachate Management Services. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Delta Pioneer Inc., and the County entered into Contract No. CM3224 with Delta Pioneer Inc.
