| | | | | | | | | Background: | At the Essential Housing Advisory Committee (EHAC) meeting October 19,2022, the committee recommended to increase the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Demolition/Reconstruction Award from $100,000 to $165,000 due the rising cost of materials and labor in Nassau County.
