| | | | | | | | | Background: | Hill Farms Plat was recorded in Official Records Book 2540, Page 136, of the public records of Nassau County, which was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on February 14, 2022. Note 16 and 28 of the plat requires a sidewalk to be constructed along CR 108 by the builder and/or homeowner and a bond in place until completion.
G&H Land has requested an amendment to the notation on the Hill Farms plat that removes the sidewalk construction requirement as they qualify for the fee-in-lieu exemption for sidewalks.
