PUBLIC HEARINGS – The following matters under consideration are Quasi Judicial matters, and the Quasi Judicial Procedures will be utilized for the following: County Attorney to read the procedures.
F.CU2021-023 - Legacy Baptist Church of Nassau County: The applicant seeks a conditional use permit pursuant to Section 22.03(K) of the Nassau County Land Development Code (LDC) to allow for a church in the Open Rural (OR) zoning district.
G.CU2021-024 Concept Development, Inc., (DBA Dollar General): The applicant seeks a conditional use permit pursuant to Section 15.04(C) of the Nassau County Land Development Code to allow for the sale of off premises consumption of beer and wine in the Commercial Neighborhood (CN).
